In the unlikely event you’re not completely satisfied with your spa experience (or your product purchase), you don’t pay (or your money will be refunded to you).
Although we encourage you to contact us and share your concerns so we can gladly offer amends and change your experience around for the absolute better- OR, in the case of an unhappy product purchase, gladly offer our best professional advice & insight in your regime, we totally understand if you ultimately wish to have your money refunded.
For product refunds, simply contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll email you a prepaid return label so you can ship your product back to us free of cost to you. A full refund of your money will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of your returned product.
